Keystone Complex

Our Keystone Complex provides everything that you need for your large or small event. From community activities to meeting and banquet space, it has it all. The facility consists of a large sized community room that can accommodate up to 300 people. It has a spacious and well-equipped catering kitchen, bar area and, meeting room for up to 30 people. Outside there is a pavilion with a food booth available for rental, playground equipment, horse barn, outdoor riding ring and sports fields.

There is ample free parking at the site, as well as scenic green space areas to the North and East of the building, that is ideal for outdoor ceremonies or photos.

Facility Rental Documents

The Keystone Complex Rental Agreement is required for all rentals at the Keystone Complex. Information completed on this form will be used by Township staff in assisting with your rental.
The Facility User Agreement is required for all rentals at the Keystone Complex and will assist potential renters of what is required and expected when renting a Township Facility.
The Township of Southwold facilities operate under the Municipal Alcohol Management Policy. Any event with alcohol on the premise requires a completed Policy.
