Policies and Procedures

The Procurement by-law outlines the policies and procedures related to purchasing of goods and services. Bidders must comply with the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Workplace Safety Insurance Board. Bidders must also provide a certificate of insurance and have a health and safety program.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act regulations apply to all public sector organizations and third parties that provide goods and services to members of the public on the Township of Southwold's behalf.
