The Township of Southwold is responsible for all planning and development projects. Please check the zoning regulations and development plans to ensure that your proposed development project meets the goals and objectives of the community.

Planning and development applications

Depending on our project, you may need to submit a planning and development application before you can get started. Learn more about each planning and development application in the Township of Southwold:
