The Township of Southwold is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Carswell as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)/Clerk, effective February 10, 2025.
Jeff has been serving as the Special Projects Manager for both the Township of Southwold and the Municipality of West Elgin since 2023.
